Roulade of Chicken with Parma Ham

Breast of chicken stuffed with sundried tomatoes, basil and olive wrapped in Parma ham and dressed with olives and caper sauce

Slow Roast Rib of Beef

Rib of beef roasted until pink, served with homemade Yorkshire pudding and a roast onion gravy

Oven Baked Loin of Pork

Pork loin filled with black pudding then wrapped in smoked bacon, baked and served with a leek and wholegrain mustard sauce


Grilled Loin of Cod with Parsley Mash

Loin of cod grilled with butter, served on a bed of parsley mashed potato with a rich white wine and parsley sauce


Chargrilled Roasted Vegetable Tart

A selection of chargrilled vegetables layered in a pastry case with goats cheese and Rosemary balsamic dressing



Homemade Choux Pastry Buns

Homemade profiteroles filled with whipped cream and finished with a chocolate orange sauce


Homemade Apple & Blackcurrant Crumble

Slow stewed Bramley apple and blackberry topped with a crunchy hazelnut crumble served with thick vanilla custard


Homemade Fruits of the Forest Cheesecake

A set cheesecake topped with steeped berrieson a base of homemade shortbread biscuitfinished with a lime and mint drizzle


Homemade Chocolate Sponge 

 A light chocolate sponge coated in a rich chocolate sauce topped with a vanilla pod ice cream


Prices £35 per person and £20 for under 12s

Please note there is a minimum spend on FOOD of £1500 for Saturdays throughout summer 1st April to 30th September
